Hey there! I’m Lindsay Weston, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (License #204236) and owner of The Harbor: Cypress Family Therapy, PLLC. I became a therapist because I truly love helping people to live their best lives! My clinical experience, and also life experience, has helped me develop great compassion and empathy for others. I believe in collaborating with my clients and pulling from the best of evidence-based treatments to create a therapeutic experience that’s custom fit to your unique situation. Relationships are my jam, and trust me I am right there with you in the trenches of busy family life.

I received my undergraduate degree from BYU-Idaho, and my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. I work with teens, and adults. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), a therapy model used to treat trauma and distressing memories.

A few fun facts about me: God and family are my top two values and priorities in life. I love the beach, Mexican food, reading, waking up early, and adventuring with my family. I can’t wait to get to know you!

I am Michaela Pearson, an Associate Counselor at The Harbor: Cypress Family Therapy, PLLC. Life has brought me to this field. I have been through the trenches of life many times and empathize with your struggles. Life can be challenging and seem relentless sometimes, but I am here to listen and help you. Through a collaborative approach with clients, new adaptive skills can be learned, and tools can be implemented into life to help improve relationships, outlook, and mood. I am currently working with individuals, couples, and families.

Originally from the Midwest, my heart still belongs to the four seasons, but I have grown to love Texas and its charms. I enjoy time with my family, reading, and trying new foods. I received my undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho and am finishing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.

I’m Andressa Little, LMSW, a Texas-based Licensed Master Social Worker who shows up with compassion and authenticity. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology (with a minor in Family Life) and a Master’s in Social Work from BYU. My experience includes both inpatient pediatric and outpatient community mental health, giving me a broad, real-world perspective on the healing process. I became a social worker because I care deeply about people --especially those navigating big transitions or managing mental health while trying to hold everything else together.

I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, and families navigating both severe mental illness and everyday emotional and relational challenges. I’m trained in Trauma-Focused CBT and Trauma-Informed Care and incorporate tools from CBT, ACT, DBT skills, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy—always tailoring treatment to each individual’s story and goals.

I currently practice under clinical supervision and am committed to ongoing growth and learning.

Originally from Brazil, I’m fluent in both Portuguese and English. I value cultural identity, honest conversations, and creating safe, affirming spaces where people feel seen and supported. If you’re looking to bring structure to life’s messy parts and move toward meaningful healing—you’re not alone. Let’s connect.

Love: We believe love is the primary motive in all we do—guiding our work with compassion, care, and intention.

Accountability: Each person is responsible for their own thoughts, feelings, and growth. We support clients in owning their journey toward healing.

Honesty: Real change begins with truth. We foster spaces where clients can be honest with themselves and others without judgment.
