    Andressa Little

Hi, I’m Andressa Little, LMSW. I became a therapist because I’m fascinated by how people think, feel, and navigate life’s challenges. I love helping clients uncover what’s meaningful to them and build the skills and confidence to move forward, all in a space where you can be yourself—without pressure or judgment.

I work with teens, adults, and families managing anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, ADHD, relationship struggles, or life’s pressure. My approach is practical, grounded, and tailored to what matters most to you. Together, we’ll explore coping strategies, address patterns that hold you back, and build skill to feel more in control.

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work and practice under the supervision of Matt Law, LCSW-S. As a Latina therapist, I am affirming of BIPOC, LGBTQ+, neurodiverse, and multicultural clients. I am trained in trauma-informed approaches, including TF-CBT, IFS, and Attachment-Based Therapy, to support healing safely and effectively.

Outside of therapy, I value family, community, and learning. I enjoy reading, exploring new places, and celebrating moments with loved ones. I’m committed to walking alongside you as you take steps toward growth and healing.

  • Tamara Atkin

Hi, I’m Tamara Atkin, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (#206138), supervised by Bianca Vincent, LMFT-S, LPC-S. My journey to becoming a therapist began during my earlier career as a junior high and high school teacher and counselor. I witnessed firsthand how family therapy could transform young people—from feeling alone, dysregulated, or frustrated to finding peace and building deeper connections with themselves and their families.

Most of my work as a therapist has been with couples, in marriage therapy and premarital counseling, helping partners navigate communication struggles, infidelity, betrayal trauma, pornography addiction, and emotional dysregulation. During my time as a couples therapist at the VA Medical Center in Houston, I saw firsthand how even the most difficult challenges can be met with healing, growth, and renewed connection. I also work with individuals of all ages—adults, teens, and children—supporting them through life’s transitions, trauma, and moments of uncertainty.

I earned my Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Our Lady of the Lake University and my undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo. I continue to deepen my skills through advanced training. I’m certified in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I’m trained in Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and collaborative practices. I also offer faith-based counseling for clients who prefer that approach.

Outside the therapy room, I love adventure and connection. I’ve been married for 25 years, raised four amazing kids, and in my free time, you’ll find me outdoors, snowboarding, enjoying a good comedy show, or curled up with a classic book.
